Similar to Joshua Tree National Park but with only a fraction of the crowds, Castle Mountains National Monument preserves some of the Mojave Desert's most unique geographic and natural features. An escape from the urban sprawl of nearby cities, visitors tour the park and observe Joshua trees, arid grasslands, and the remains of ancient human settlements. When visiting during the summer, be sure to bring plenty of water and sun protection, as it can get hot! To celebrate the park, our artists hand-rendered an original national park poster, zooming in on some of the wildlife one might see across the park’s almost 21,000 acres of wilderness.
